Is it going to be a platform for freelancers? is it going to be a platform for startups and corporate to pick contractors, freelancers, assign work and track it until closer? as in the future majority of the jobs will be converted into contract jobs. Perhaps, making the LinkedIn profile as a mandate to every professional indirectly in the future?. As a result, increase dependency on Microsoft with this combo?

Office 365 would help to create online meetings, Online conferencing, Instant Messaging and Skype connectivity, Cloud-based call management, and mobility. Microsoft Dynamics would help to create sales campaigns, workflows and approvals, personal dashboards and most important thing is social media analytics.
